72-Inch Upright Dual-Zone Wine Cooler

We purchased these fridges for our hotel lobby Marketplace.

We love this wine fridge. We actually have two and we have them side by side. They look great and do a great job keeping our wines at the correct temperature.

Loved the wine fridge I bought 2 years prior and it started making noises and stopped chilling. Called Kings Bottle right away, they arranged for a technician to come and assess. They didn't have the exact fridge to replace, but they fully replaced the unit. Super satisfied with the serviceman product!

Working great! Quiet just as described

I ordered the double wine cooler, however, it had to be back ordered which took 30 days. The wine cooler arrived well wrapped however, I did not receive an instructions book or door lock. Unfortunately, the wine cooler stopped cooling after 30 days. I am currently waiting for a technician to come to repair the wine cooler. I love the look and feel of the wine cooler. Hopefully it can be fixed or replaced.

100 Bottle Upright Dual Zone Wine Fridge For Home

I bought the 100 Bottle Upright Dual Zone, the item arrived as expected, a very elegant and compact unit, performs and functions quite well, good ample storage space for Bordeaux bottles. The only downside is it does not handle Burgundy bottles well at all, leading to some label scratches.

Olivia & Stacey were both very helpful and accomodating in our receiving a new wine fridge in Hawaii....it arrived the day we left in April so is still in the crate ..... 5 stars.

First, the team at Kingsbottle was super responsive from purchase to shipment. We had a small snafu when our order was lost by the freight company. The CS team was quick to respond and ship a new unit. Once the wine refrigerator arrived, we were very impressed with the design, quality and simplicity. Super happy with the purchase and would highly recommend!

Love the size and the features of the wine cooler!

Nice looking and keeps the temperature at consistent level. My only complaint is that thedhelvesare too close to take burgundy bottles. They jam against each other and sometimes you pull on one and three open. I worry the shelves will break.

We've had the dual zone 100 bottle cooler for a year and it has worked great. Keeps temperature very well and fit and finish is great. The reasons for 4 instead of 5 stars are for some easy improvements that could be made: A stronger magnetic closure for the door as it very occasionally does not stay closed due to our inattention; and when humidity is high a normal condensation drip into the drip pan is fairly loud and could probably be solved by a flexible collection strip from the condenser into the bottom of the pan.

I‰Ûªm very happy with our new wine fridge! It seems like a high quality product. I especially like the all wood shelves. Great looking and very sturdy.
Luckily I called after ordering and we were able to get the door swing reversed before delivery. It might be helpful to add door swing selection on the order website.
Delivery was great and everyone I spoke to on the phone was helpful.I see were big bottles are a bit tight but still holds plenty for us. I highly recommend this product and company!

Lovely looks good and chills to perfection. The shelves are wooden. Two sections mean I will be able to store my whites here as well. Installed in new kitchen looks fantastic. Perfectly fits in the space next to existing fridge matches with the grey and black worktops. The design is chic and elegant. It is virtually silent in operation.

I did a lot of research before purchasing a King’s Bottle Dual Zone Wine Refrigerator For California Large Wine to replace my 25-year-old built-in wine cooler. While I don’t expect this new wine cooler to last as quite long as the one it is replacing, it is very important to have a quality appliance from a company that stands behind their products. I am very happy so-far with my it. It was delivered quickly, was well packed and arrived in good condition. I am looking forward to a long relationship with this wine cooler.

Very nice looking unit. Completed the suggested wall anchoring very easily. One very minor irritation - the top door hinge cover does not stay firmly attach - it needs to clip on tighter. As expected having read the description before buying I did have to remove a shelf to accommodate the rather fat bottles of Terley wine. However, they would not fit side by side or mesh nicely when opposed, so this reduced the capacity a little further. Butter is the same. Most of my wines are more conventional shaped bottles, so no big deal. Other than that I am very pleased. The unit is very quiet, and if you want the light on it is very pleasant.

The wine refrigerator is good quality however there are two probems: the shelves are flimsy and do not have separators for the wine bottles to keep them in place and from rolling together. 2nd problem is one you should advise protential customers of prior to purchase - the shelves do not fit larger Pinot Noir bottles or larger wine bottles in general. Wineries are using the fatter, longer bottles for premiere wines. Your shelves do not accommoate these so we had to remove shelves which reduces quantity. Had I known this, I would have spend more for a unit that accommodates these issues. I would rather pay more for the quality I want then deal with an unsatisfactory product. Not everything is about cost.

The Good:
1. The unit is elegant: Stainless steel, glass doors, wood racks etc.
2. Followed instructions and let the fridge sit unplugged for 24 hours after delivery. Then turned it on and watched as the temp was set. Afterwards, loaded it up with my wines (I added another thermometer to check accuracy) and temperature is holding, consistent, and most important, accurate.
3. Unit is also quiet.

The Bad:
1. The storage is supposed to hold larger format CA bottles - per the model. While some of the shelves do - not all of them hold them. Pinot bottles from California do not fit as the bottle barrel width is just too tall to accommodate which is a major flaw. It is off by less than a centimeter. Also the larger shoulders on CA cab bottles means that racking (inverting each barrel up/barrel down) as directed, doesn't work either as the shoulders rub - Capacity on this unit is not accurate.
2. The easy glide-soft close racks do not glide back or soft close when the racks are full of wine. Why bother with this feature (soft close racks) if it won't work when fully loaded?
3. The rack right under the control panel (the panel that separates the two temp zones) has screws that are not flush or counter sunk - this means, you put your bottles in (label side facing up) and when you push the drawer closed, those screw heads (left, center, and right) rip right into your labels - ARGHHH - learned that the hard way with a 2008 chateauneuf du pape. The center screw has the largest head and created the most dramatic label tear.

The Ugly:
1. The white glove delivery service guys were a complete failure. They arrived on a rainy day and chose to walk down the side of our house which is unpaved vs. using the stairs. They wiped their muddy shoes on our outdoor rug vs. the entrance doormat and said "oops" when I said something. They also dropped the unit as they attempted to remove the box - luckily no visible damages. Guy turned to me and said, "Oops, I wish you didn't see that."

I have been using my 100 bottle cooler for one month and am very happy with this purchase. The dual zones maintain proper temperature and the wooden racks are best for storing wine. I removed the bottom three racks to accommodate open bottles and mineral water. That still leaves plenty of room for storage, at least for my needs. I sincerely recommend this high quality cooler.

We were impressed with the appearance of the unit. It looks very well made. Our unit is a dual zone cooler. At first we were concerned that the unit temperature seemed to operate at 4 degrees higher than the setting but after speaking with a company rep, we were informed that the unit can fluctuate up to 5 degrees. The unit consistently holds the set temperature plus 4 degrees in both zones. A couple of the shelves seem a little tight with regular size bottles. Overall, we are very pleased with the unit.

Everything great except it seems many of our bottles are slightly too big and fit well only on a very limited number of shelves. We too out two shelves to make additional room for the larger bottles, thereby losing some storage space. All the rest as promised.

The people at KingsBottle were great. They worked with me to be sure the unit would fit in my cabinet as there was very little tolerance in the measurements. I used the white glove service and they were great with moving the unit into my pantry and removing all the packing material. Unfortunately, They could not install it in the cabinet as it needs to sit 24-48 hours before being plugged in; this sort of negates the white glove service as I had to install it a few days later. Also, I had asked for the door to open left and that was done at the factory however the handle was left off and not packed. This had to come a week later and again I had to install it. The unit, once installed and handle on, is great. I have a couple of large wine fridges and this is the best of them (I have a Danby Silhouette and would never buy their product again). Quiet, nice shelves, and a bit more room between shelves so the labels are not damaged. I am very happy with the unit and would buy from KingsBottle again.

So far you guys have been excellent, the customer service impeccable I will definitely recommend you. I really like the piece. My only question is when I turn the inside light on you still can really see the bottles is that the way it is? Please advise

I have only had the wine fridge for a month. It works perfectly, keeps the temperature, is very quiet and takes little room. I hope it will last.
