Refund policy

Due to the size and freight requirements of KingsBottle appliances, returns are subject to the terms below.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery provided the product:

  • Is unused and uninstalled
  • Is in original packaging
  • Has received return authorization

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Change-of-Mind Returns

  • Outbound freight is non-refundable.
  • Return freight is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Restocking fees may apply.

Products must be returned in resaleable condition. Damage incurred during return transit may be deducted from the refund.


Freight Refusal & Missed Delivery

Refused deliveries (excluding documented shipping damage) or missed appointments will result in:

  • Return freight deductions
  • Non-refundable outbound freight
  • Applicable storage or handling charges

Shipping Damage

Shipping damage must be documented at delivery and reported within 48 hours. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full freight procedures.


Defective Products

Defects are handled under our Limited Product Warranty. Refunds are not issued for warranty-covered issues unless repair or replacement is deemed impractical.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are treated as returns and subject to freight charges.
