Shipping policy
KingsBottle products are delivered throughout the Continental United States via professional freight carriers or national parcel services, depending on product size and weight. Our refrigeration appliances are palletized and require coordinated delivery.
Freight Deliveries (Refrigerators & Oversized Products)
Large appliances ship securely on a pallet via licensed freight carriers. Standard service is curbside delivery unless a premium upgrade is selected.
- The carrier will contact the phone number provided at checkout to schedule delivery.
- A valid and reachable phone number is required.
- An adult (18+) must be present to receive and sign for the shipment.
Freight carriers do not provide stair carry, installation, unpacking, or debris removal unless White Glove Service has been purchased.
Customer Availability
Customers are responsible for coordinating delivery with the carrier. Failure to respond to scheduling attempts may result in delivery delays and additional carrier charges.
Storage & Redelivery Fees
If a shipment is held at the local terminal due to customer unavailability:
- Storage fees assessed by the carrier are the responsibility of the customer.
- Redelivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returned shipments due to missed appointments or non-response will incur return freight deductions.
Inspection at Delivery
All freight shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery.
- Visible damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading or the shipment refused.
- Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping damage is not covered under product warranty. Please refer to this policy for proper freight procedures.
Parcel Shipments (Accessories & Parts)
Smaller items ship via UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers. Tracking information is provided upon dispatch. Signature confirmation may be required.
