Product Warranty

Thank you for your interest in KingsBottle wine and beverage refrigerators. As of 2016, our warranty has been upgraded from a 1-year to a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty Options
  • 2-Year Warranty (Included): Covers parts and labor against manufacturer defects under normal use. (Refurbished units excluded)
  • 3-Year Warranty (Optional): Extends the standard coverage to 3 years.
  • 5-Year Warranty (Optional): Extends the standard coverage to 5 years.
Who is Covered

This warranty applies only to the original end-user purchaser or the recipient of the product as a gift. It is non-transferable.

Limited Warranty
  • If your refrigerator malfunctions, KingsBottle may repair or replace it. Labor and parts are covered for 2 years from the purchase date.
  • If unrepairable, the original order value may be applied toward a replacement unit under the original warranty terms.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover
  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, or external causes.
  • Any disposal unit.
  • Risks including spoilage, humidity, fire, mold, or water damage are assumed by the purchaser.
Special Note
  • Warranty is valid only in the country of original purchase.
  • Extended warranties are available only through KingsBottle directly. For third-party purchases, contact the retailer.

Shipping & Returns

Satisfaction Guarantee

Returns for damaged or defective products accepted within 30 days for refund, credit, or exchange.

30-Day Return Period

If you change your mind, items in good condition may be returned within 30 days (shipping cost non-refundable).

Special Orders

Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrectly produced. Notify us within 5 days.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Damaged items should be refused at delivery or noted as such. Contact us within 30 days to initiate a claim.

After 30 Days

Returns after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Damaged goods are not returnable beyond this period.

Shipping & Handling Fees

Shipping fees are only refunded for defective or incorrectly shipped items returned within 30 days.

Missing Item or Damage Fees

Returns missing parts, packaging, or not in like-new condition may incur additional fees.

Personal Items/Data

Please remove all personal items or data before returning products. KingsBottle is not responsible for their loss.

Special Note
  • Returns and warranty claims are only accepted for items purchased directly from KingsBottle (BTO America).
  • Items bought from third-party retailers must be returned or serviced through the original seller.
