Warranty Coverage
KingsBottle warrants that its refrigeration products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use within the United States.
Two-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty (Included)
Every KingsBottle refrigeration unit is protected by a Two (2) Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty includes:

Labor

Manufacturing defects under normal residential use
If a defect arises during the warranty period, KingsBottle will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective component. Replacement parts may be new or factory-refurbished and will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty term.
Extended Protection Options
For clients seeking enhanced long-term assurance, KingsBottle offers optional extended warranty plans that continue the same comprehensive protection beyond the initial two-year coverage period.
3-Year Extended Warranty
Provides one (1) additional year of coverage, for a total of three (3) years of parts and labor protection from the original date of delivery.
5-Year Extended Warranty
Provides three (3) additional years of coverage, for a total of five (5) years of parts and labor protection from the original date of delivery.
Both extended warranty plans:

Begin immediately after the expiration of the standard two-year manufacturer warranty
-
Provide the same parts and labor coverage as the original warranty
-
Apply under normal residential use conditions
Our extended warranty options are designed to maintain performance reliability and service support well beyond the initial ownership period.
What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Accident

Misuse or abuse

Mishandling
-
Neglect
-
Unauthorized repair

Any cause beyond the control of KingsBottle
As refrigeration equipment, purchasers acknowledge and assume risks associated with use, including but not limited to:

Product spoilage

Humidity variations
-
Temperature fluctuations
-
Leaks
-
Fire
-
Water damage
-
Mold or mildew
-
Dryness
-
Similar environmental or operational conditions
Warranty coverage applies to normal residential use only.
Third-Party Retailer Purchases
Warranty is honored only for units purchased and used within the United States.
If your refrigerator was purchased from a third-party retailer and not directly from BTO America Co., Limited (KingsBottle USA):

KingsBottle does not provide extended warranty coverage beyond the manufacturer warranty unless expressly included at purchase.

Customers must contact the retailer directly regarding any extended warranty plan.

If no extended warranty is offered by the retailer, customers may consider a third-party warranty provider.
Regardless of point of purchase, all KingsBottle refrigerators are backed by the standard Two-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty from the date of sale.
Warranty Service & Support
If your refrigerator is not operating properly during the warranty period:

KingsBottle reserves the right to determine whether the unit will be repaired or replaced.

Customers may be requested to contact a local refrigeration service provider for inspection or service.

If the unit is deemed not repairable, KingsBottle may apply the value of the original purchase toward a replacement unit.
