All products, including refrigerators, wine coolers, wine racks and accessories, are shipped with a flat-rate curbside shipping fee within the contiguous United States. The flat shipping rate will be clearly displayed at checkout, ensuring predictable costs for your order.

Threshold Shipping

Threshold Shipping is available for select products, offering delivery just inside the main entrance of your home or business. This service includes placement at the threshold but does not include unpacking or removal of packaging materials. Threshold Shipping fees vary based on the product and location and will be calculated at checkout. Availability may vary by area.

White Glove Shipping Service

For an elevated delivery experience, we offer White Glove Shipping for select products. This premium service includes delivery to your room of choice, unpacking, and removal of packaging materials. White Glove Shipping fees vary based on the product and location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that this service is subject to availability in your area.

Expedited Shipping

Need your order sooner? Expedited Shipping is available for select products and destinations within the contiguous United States. This option prioritizes processing and delivery for faster arrival. Expedited Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the product, weight, and destination. Contact our customer service team for specific delivery estimates.

Additional Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Expedited orders are prioritized for faster processing. Assembly and Custom-built wine racks will take an additional 3-5 working days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping method, and product ordered. Standard orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days after processing, while expedited orders may arrive sooner.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States. For inquiries about international shipping, please contact our customer service team.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
  • Special Note: All shipping services are fulfilled by 3rd party carriers. Any shipping service (Threshold Shipping, White Glove Shipping, Expedited Shipping) is a one-time service. During warranty, only Curbside Shipping will be provided. If you need any of the Threshold Shipping, White Glove Shipping, or Expedited Shipping during warranty, you could purchase it from us.
