Compressor

The service was upscale for the time I get the compressor but I didn’t install it and the service is extremely fine

Wrong parts/faulty parts recieved

First board sent was bad along with wrong fan. Ordered again received wrong board but right fan. Finally received correct board that worked but can't get credit for bad board, wrong board and fan due to time limit. Very unhappy will never deal with them again. Out 100"s of dollars plus all the headaches

Not the best quality, wouldn't buy again

After owning the wine cooler for two years I started having problems, fridge going into F2 mode.
I had to replace the PCB Board. First PCB unit I got was defective and it wasn't cheap. After that I had to add more free on because it wasn't cooling again. A couple of months after it's having problem. I am tired of putting money to fix the money pit. It's about time to throw it in the curb and get a good one. Maybe buy from Costco to make sure no more issues... Very disappointing in spending such a large amount of money in this sub par product.

So glad the circuit board was a perfect fit. It saved me a bunch of money. I was going to cry to throw away a $2000 wine fridge.

Delivered as ordered

Part was delivered in about a week from order date. Part worked as required unfortunately it did not solve the whole problem as the compressor was shot as well. Dual zone 80 bottle wine fridge ran with frequent interruptions for about 7 years until it finally died. Replaced it with 2 single zone units for 1/2 the price.

Fried mother board

After a severe thunderstorm here in south Florida the wine cooler no longer functioned. After troubleshooting on the KingsBottle website and cross checking the error message I ordered a new PCB. Reasonable fee and free prompt shipping was a nobrainer. Solved the problem quickly. Very pleased.

New PCI board

Called to order a new of board, was informed it was out of stock and should be in stock in about 4 weeks, they put my order in as a back order , the part came in early and was delivered to my house in about 21/2 weeks

Received the board

Installed the board but it didn’t solve the problem, had a serviceman check it out and he thinks I shorted out something on the board while installing it, so ordered another board

Easy to install

Replaced old board. At $80, quite reasonable. As there are many cables to attach, I detached from the old board and attached to the new, one at a time to insure all were properly placed. This avoided the need for photos / labeling.

Great service department

They were great for helping me solve a Repair issue with a king bottle unit
