Temperature Controller Replacement

My beverage cooler started alarming for low temperature. I unplugged it for a reboot, changed the temperature settings and nothing seemed to work for more than a day when it was powered back up, drinks were actually freezing. I contacted KingsBottle via email, they responded quickly, and believed that the temperature controller had failed and needed to be replaced. They sent me a link to purchase it, along with a discount coupon and an instruction video. The beverage cooler is back in service and working perfectly! Temperature Controller

Unfortunately, our unit is still not fixed. We have not heard from the company on what our next steps are. I guess as this point we are just hopeful a new unit will be sent as we cannot wait any longer to have this fixed as it’s been at least 3 months now with no refrigeration unit to use. The waiting period hearing back from the company has been awful and truthfully for the amount of money these units are we expected way a higher value of a customer service experience.

CAREL Digital Temperature Controller Replacement

unfortunately my fridge controller was faulty, getting incorrect reading causing it to freeze the beverages. I order a replacement controller, followed instructions posted on the site, and 2.5 months later the new controller is working properly.

Service Help

I had a service problem with my beer refrigerator. Despite the pandemic, I was able to reach King’s Bottle’s main office who then provided me with the number of a local service company. Once the problem was identified, Kings Bottle shipped the appropriate parts out quickly and the problem was fixed. I appreciated their attention to my problem during these difficult times. They were very responsive!

Where I work we have bought six of your outdoor beverage coolers great product but I think the cold control unit should be mounted up high rather than at the bottom of the unit because of water flooding damage situations but overall great product
