We recently purchased the curved corner 24 bottle wooden rack, along with other King’s Bottle storage cubes. The quality is amazing! Once assembled, the cubes are easy connected and are study. The whole wine rack is beautiful and yet practical. We definitely recommend King’s Bottle storage cubes.

Hi guys we are very happy with our purchase, apart from an issue with one of the boxes. The display box, that hold 6 bottles has some damage and unfortunately you sent us the wrong replacement part. We have had to use the damaged box due to time pressure. Possibly we had a lack of communication and hopefully no one will notice the damaged section regards Jo
Hello Jo,
Thank you for the review and we apologize about the damaged rack, we will notify our orders department so that we can get that reolved for you asap. Please be on the look out for a email from us.

The product was easy to construct and move around. We have it fully stocked and is pretty secure. The 18mm units definitely provide peace of mind that it can take the weight of all our valuable alcohol. There were some units that had small scratches on them or markings but we ended up hiding.
Vincent,
Thank you for providing the pictures they look great!!!

From the moment we visited the warehouse, through to organizing a layout, the ordering of the product (wine racks) and the timely delivery of the product we felt we were in good hands. Dealing with Kings Bottle was refreshing - they are polite, communicative, they updated us when we needed to be updated without us having to pester them and they delivered the order very quickly and in its entirety. The product was of excellent quality and the wine racks easy to assemble. The whole experience was terrific. And stress free.

I ordered 12 different wine boxes from Kingsbottle. The ordering was easy and the service was excellent. I was able to track the shipment, arriving as advised. All boxes arrived with everything needed to assemble.
Would use again and recommend KingsBottle for your wine storage.

I bought and assembled a number of lattice wine cubes and display shelves in the natural pine. Aesthetically these are very elegant, but from a DIY perspective these were manufactured with precision and therefore a doddle to assemble. I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend. Also, customer service in visiting their premises, assessing their products and talking through my layout, I valued as much. Super happy with everything! Best, AK
Thank you Adrian! We’re delighted you’re happy with the cubes and display shelves, and that the visit helped with your layout. Really appreciate the recommendation, enjoy your new display!

Recently refitted my cellar with Kings Bottle cube sets.. arrived promptly, well made and easy install. Highly recommend.
Fantastic to hear, Anthony! We're so glad you're happy with the quality and the quick delivery. Cheers to a great-looking cellar!
M
Not very good quality Screws pulled out if wood when putging the units together I had to blue them back together as the screes would not hold in the particle Board
A
Unless you had clarified I would have ordered products that do not match because of different dimensions. Your product was not available for over six weeks.
S
Unfortunately the cost of this product does not match the quality. The sides are mismatched lengths, none are flush, and at least one of the wood staples was entirely pushed through the wrong way of the wood. I feel quality does not match the high price of the product.
R
Wine cubes arrived on time and look great.
Thank you Ricky! Enjoy displaying your collection!
L
Great quality wine cubes and racking from King's Bottle. The overall look is fantastic and functional. Customer Service outstanding - the team helped me manage a tricky space and provided valuable advice to create a cellar that was right for my space and the way I enjoy and store wine.
Hi Lois! Thank you for your kind words. We're happy to hear that we were able to assist you in creating the perfect cellar for your space. Cheers to many great wine moments ahead!
