Curbside Shipping

All of our orders of refrigerators receive free standard curbside truck or porch package shipping, depending on the unit size. We don't charge a residential, lift gate or appointment fee. (Appointment windows are established by the delivery carrier. They will contact you to discuss their options. )

  • Processing Time: Usually within three business days. (Processing time in our fulfillment center from order receipt to shipment, based on stock availability and normal order volume. These estimates exclude holiday and other peak seasons. )
  • Transit Time: 2-10 Business Days - Actual time depends on your distance from our fulfillment center in Southern California.
Threshold Shipping

Deliver to the first dry opening. Just need it delivered over your threshold or in your garage? This service is for you.

  • Processing Time: Usually within three business days. (Processing time in our fulfillment center from order receipt to shipment, based on stock availability and normal order volume. These estimates exclude holiday and other peak seasons. )
  • Transit Time: Adds 3-10 days to Curbside Shipping, it is determined by a variety of factors. For example:
    1. Your distance from the delivering terminal.
    2. What days they are in your area.
    3. How quickly they can make contact with you to schedule.
  • We know you want your unit as quickly as possible. If you have specific time concerns, please call us to discuss your needs before shipping.
White Glove Shipping

The total package includes: 

  • Delivery to your room. (Note: Up to two flights of stairs included. Please call to discuss any additional flights of stairs and or unique delivery circumstances.)
  • Unpacking of the unit
  • Placement in your desired location
  • Debris removal (does not include disposal/removal of old cooler)

All that's left for you to do is plug it in, turn it on and enjoy

Expedited Shipping

Expedited Shipping reduces your processing time AND gets you the fastest ground transportation option available to us.

  • Processing Time:  The next business day. (Processing time in our fulfillment center from order receipt to shipment, based on stock availability and normal order volume. These estimates exclude holiday and other peak seasons.)
  • Transit Time: Varies on the shipping day and your distance from our Southern California fulfillment center. Please call or email us to discuss your needs so we can ensure we can accommodate them. Every shipment is unique.
Special Note:
  • All shipping services are fulfilled by 3rd party carriers. 
  • Any shipping service (Threshold Shipping, White Glove Shipping, Expedited Shipping) is one-time service. During warranty, only Curbside Shipping will be provided. If you need any of the Threshold Shipping, White Glove Shipping or Expedited Shipping during warranty, you could purchase it from us. 
  • Due to the influence of COVID-19, the white gloves delivery is unavailable in some areas. If you purchased the service but it is not available in your area, we will contact you to cancel the service and refund.

Great service

Made an order for 8 wine cubes, there was a defect with one of the types. Kings bottle were super reactive immediately acknowledging the issue and sending out replacements which arrived within 24 hours.

Sometimes things go wrong and it can be a little stressful but in this case it was very reassuring to be able to contact them so easily and for them to fix it without any drama.

I completely trust kingsbottles now and will be ordering more from them.

Minor issue

Hi guys we are very happy with our purchase, apart from an issue with one of the boxes. The display box, that hold 6 bottles has some damage and unfortunately you sent us the wrong replacement part. We have had to use the damaged box due to time pressure. Possibly we had a lack of communication and hopefully no one will notice the damaged section regards Jo

Good product but delays in shipping

We ordered our wine rack and the website said it was in stock. We eventually received our goods nearly 9 weeks later

Good, not great... but a fair deal based on price

Lots to say about the racks themselves as well as the company. First, the company. When I ordered my wine cubes, it showed they were backordered. Other than my purchase receipt, I got no updates at all, which made me nervous. When the date of the back order came and passed, I went back to the website and saw that the wine cubes were now back ordered another month. Still no communication from Kings bottle. When that month came and went, I saw they back order dates changed again to another month out! At this point I contacted Kings bottle and questioned whether or not my order was being passed over, lost or something. Miraculously, "another shipment just arrived" and finally got confirmation my order had shipped. As for the items themselves... they look very nice overall... but they are made of the least expensive soft wood possible, so ding very easily. Also, the countersink holes are cut WAY too deep such that the screws can easily pull fully through the wood when fastening... so be very careful if using a powered drill. Lastly, the sorry excuse for screw plugs are completely useless. I tried them on one and they look worse installed than not. In terms of functionality, they don't do well with Champagne or Burgundy bottles stacked vertically (the bottles hit each other) but for traditional Bordeaux bottles (thankfully the majority of what we have) they work nicely.
