I had looked all over for a wine rack that was sized to fit the specific cubby in the armoire bar I was making. KingsBottle was the only company I could find that had the dimensions I needed. They offered a custom solution that solved my problem completely.
And when the wood color I had ordered was out of stock, they called me to apologize and helped me choose another option. It turned out better than my original decision would have done!
Shipping was fast and on time, even though it was a custom order. The rack was very securely packaged and was in perfect shape upon arrival.
